Keith C. Charles, M.D.
Dr. Charles received his undergraduate degree from Duke University where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He received his medical degree from the University of Southern California and completed a residency in Ophthalmology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. His many accomplishments include a Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Charles is currently a participant in national clinical research studies. His primary investigation roles have led to emerging lens technologies and advancement in pharmacological agents. These options are now FDA approved and available for patient care. He is currently an adjunct clinical professor for the Illinois College of Optometry, a certified international LASIK instructor, and a previous Clinic Professor at the University of Florida. Dr. Charles is board certified in Ophthalmology.
